Flashcards are one of the best tools you can use for memorizing information. The most common way to create flashcards is to use index cards. Students simply write the question on one side and the answer on the opposite side and test themselves repeatedly. Creating flashcards can be a painstaking activity but fortunately Mr. Fuhrer has taken most of the work out of this for you. He has created sets of interactive flashcards at an online site called Quizlet.
You can study the flashcards at home on your computer or on the go with a mobile device such as an iPod Touch (4.0) or Android phone. You can also print out the flashcards and make your own old fashioned cards.
You will also find practice tests and review games on the Quizlet pages. Sign up for a free account with Quizlet and you can create your very own flashcards for any class! Create some history flashcards and Mr. Fuhrer will give you some extra credit.
