Principal's Message

Greetings to all of our TMS families and friends!

Thank you for visiting our website! Tiffin Middle School is a 6th through 8th grade building which serves approximately 650 students. As a learning community we strive to promote academic, emotional, and social success for every student. Our students, faculty, and staff are committed to reaching higher levels of achievement as we fulfill our district  mission of  guaranteeing success for each student at his/her full learning potential.

Our curriculum is guided by the Board approved course of study modeled after the Ohio Academic Content Standards. Our students work diligently and rigorously in the core academic areas as well as the encore classes at each grade level. The students also participate in our strong music, art, library, physical education, and athletic programs. Technology is an important tool for our staff.  Through the use of Smartboard technology, our students and staff have many opportunities to use some of the most up-to-date technology for an educational setting.

TMS is certainly very proud of our students as we are a focused school where daily learning is rigorous, relevant, and where relationships are nurtured. When walking through our halls you will hear the sounds of engaged learners talking and laughing.

As principal of Tiffin Middle School, I am honored to work with the greatest students, staff, parent organizations, and families that Tiffin has to offer!
